Bradford Adatto JD

Bradford E. Adatto, JD, decided to become a lawyer during sixth-grade career day when he promised to represent his best friend, a future doctor. A few decades and many miles later, he started his own law firm that focused on representing health care clients. And, yes, his best friend from sixth grade is among them. As the son of a medical doctor and grandson of a medical doctor and dentist, Adatto has the health care industry in his blood. Having worked with health care clients his entire career, he enjoys guiding his clients on the dos and don’ts of this heavily regulated industry and creating compliant arrangements. Adatto has worked with physicians, physician groups and other medical service providers to develop medical spas, ambulatory surgical centers, wellness clinics and other medical joint ventures. He regularly counsels clients with respect to federal and state health care regulations that impact the transactions. Adatto enjoys reading, hunting, watching movies and spending time with his family. He is active in the health care community and often speaks at conferences, associations and educational events. He is also actively involved in various community and philanthropic associations and services as a board member of Bird’s Eye View Project and Carry the Load, charitable organizations founded to help first responders, veterans and their beneficiaries. Adatto has been named a Texas Super Lawyer by Thompson Reuters (2019-2024), a D Magazine Best Lawyer in Dallas in Health Care (2016 & 2018-2024), a Best Lawyer in America in Health Care by Best Lawyers (2017-2025), and a Top Rated Lawyer by Dallas Morning News (2016).
