Catherine Bocciarelli is the AVP of provider training at CareCredit, a part of Synchrony Financial. Before joining the training team, Bocciarelli spent 13 years in sales with CareCredit as a practice development manager and strategic accounts manager, working closely with customers to meet their needs. With more than 1,500 training presentations delivered to audiences ranging from one to 500, Bocciarelli is an accomplished speaker with decades of experience and nine Toastmasters trophies to her name.
