The group block is limited, and early booking is encouraged as it is extremely likely the group block will sell out before the cut-off date.
· Please note that there is a charge of $10.00 per room per night for double-double accommodation at Treasure Island.
· A charge of $30 per person, per night will be added for each guest over double occupancy. Group rates will be subject to prevailing room tax, which is currently 13.38%. Subject to change.
· There is no early departure fee if the reservation is booked through the AmSpa MSS group link or directly with Treasure Island.
· All registered guests must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and all guests will be required to show a valid government issued ID upon check-in.
· A daily resort fee of $37.00 plus 13.38% tax will be added to each guest room account. The resort fee and tax are both subject to change.
· A valid credit card is required to confirm your reservation. One night's room rate and tax will be charged at time of booking.
· A valid credit card authorized to cover room, resort fees and tax, plus $100 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in.
· Cancel 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty of one night's room rate and tax.

While other hotel resellers may contact you offering accommodations for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the show. You may also call United Meetings Reservation Desk Monday – Friday at (800) 426-1122 for booking assistance or with further questions. Booking fees are waived for Meeting reservations. International customers may contact their local United Reservation Desk.
Self-park garages are located off Las Vegas Blvd. for both Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Las Vegas. Self-parking at the resort is complimentary for all Wynn and Encore guests, subject to availability. The daily fee for non-hotel guests is $20 per day with the first four hours on a complimentary basis. Please note the system is cashless with all payments done through a QR ode located on the ticket that is received at entry.
Valet parking for Wynn and Encore hotel guests is $40* per day. Registered Wynn and Encore guests that valet park while on property will have re-entry privileges at either Wynn or Encore valet parking areas, subject to availability.
Valet parking for non-hotel guests is $40* for up to 24 hours (no grace period, no re-entry). Non-hotel guests will be charged the $40 fee for each time they use the valet parking and will have no re-entry privileges.
Valet parking is complimentary* for all Tower Suites guests, Delilah guests, Private Access guests and current Black Tier Wynn Rewards members.
All valet parking is subject to availability.
To retrieve a vehicle from valet, a guest must go to a pay kiosk at the applicable Wynn or Encore valet parking retrieval area where their vehicle was last dropped off, scan their ticket and insert their credit card for payment. Once complete, the vehicle request will be sent to the valet parking team to retrieve their vehicle.
