Alexa Nicholls Costa

Alexa Nicholls Costa, NP, is co-founder and CEO of LexRx and Inject With Lex. LexRx was founded in 2015 and has scaled to five brick-and-mortar locations in Massachusetts—Beacon Hill, South Boston, Nantucket, Charlestown and a Seaport pop-up—all while remaining 100% founder-owned, cash-flow positive, and without outside investment or business loans. A KOL, Nicholls Costa has extensive clinical experience and research and academic publications from her training in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Massachusetts General Hospital. She is faculty for Galderma’s GAIN business division, allowing her to foster her passion for educating owner-operators on the business principles and strategies necessary to deliver optimal patient outcomes and shore up financial wellness. Nicholls Costa is as passionate about being an owner-operator in the aesthetic space as she is for raising the bar in training standards for injectables practice; Nicholls Costa pitched the Inject With Lex portfolio of training courses to Boston College, and has officially launched a partnership with BC through the Connell School of Nursing. The LexRx and Boston College partnership offers the first of its kind “Clinical Aesthetics Injectables Certificate” program through a University.
