Emily Anne Scalise Executive Director

Emily Anne Scalise is the executive director of a three-location boutique dermatology practice—NicholsMD of Greenwich, Connecticut; SkinLab by NicholsMD in Stamford, Connecticut; and NicholsMD of Fairfield, Connecticut. Scalise began her career in aesthetics in 2015; she was in graduate school studying clinical psychology at Columbia University when she took a temporary and part-time position to help Kim Nichols, MD, FAAD, with the administrative side of the dermatology business. At the time, Scalise was only the third employee. Fast forward to 2023, she has been the driver to scale NicholsMD become a three-location boutique dermatology office with strong "NYC luxury" branding and an impeccable white-glove operational flow with results-driven treatment aesthetic packages.
