Kevin Chang

Kevin Chang, MD, MS, is a wellness physician at Austin Plastic Surgeon (APS). He is board-certified in internal medicine and clinical informatics. Prior to joining APS, Dr. Chang held multiple leadership positions at Baylor Scott and White Health, serving as lead CPOE physician, inpatient physician champion and Central Texas division director of physician informatics, and also served as the director of the hospitalist division, comprising more than 70 FTEs, during the COVID pandemic. At Austin Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Chang’s passion is to help his patients pursue wellness and health while improving risk of developing chronic disease.
