Molly Bailey, PA-C, is a board-certified physician associate, owner of Face Forward Aesthetics in St. Louis and creator of The Lip Tip. Bailey began her career in 2012 assisting and later injecting for one of the top plastic surgeons in the world. After a decade of experience, she opened her own practice and created @baileysbotox, a successful social-media marketing platform and virtual community of aesthetic providers. She now uses her platform to educate on marketing, injection techniques, social-media strategy and business development.
