Stephanie Phillips, NP, owns and operates Aesthetic Element Medical alongside her husband, Ryan, providing cosmetic dermatology and aesthetic treatments to clients in South Florida. The couple has worked in the industry for the past eight years, gaining an impressive level of experience while working closely with clients to help them achieve their specific goals. They decided to start their successful business five years ago because of their love for the industry and everything it entails. While the company began in a one-room office in the back of a spinning studio, the company quickly grew from solely word of mouth referrals. Aesthetic Element quickly grew to its new 3,500-square-foot state of the art facility in Weston, Florida.
